Sit down with Ashley over a FaceTime or Zoom call for an in-depth discussion about your overall skin health. This conversation is unhurried and thorough, focusing on your skin requirements and providing an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Following the consultation, Ashley will create a personalized routine and offer resources tailored to you. She will recommend professional-grade treatment products (exclusive to licensed professionals) to help you achieve skin success.
Regular follow-ups (ideally every 1-2 months) are recommended until the condition is under control. Keep in mind that achieving optimal skin health is a gradual process, as it takes time for biological changes to reflect in improved skin condition.
Ashley advises committing to working with her and following the treatment plan for a minimum of 6 months, particularly for persistent inflammatory conditions like acne and rosacea. Understanding that skin transformations require time, patience, and consistency is crucial.
Email and text support will be available for 2 months following each appointment. Skincare products are an additional charge and are essential for the success of the acne bootcamp program. After the initial visit, clients can anticipate receiving comprehensive recommendations, including a core routine of 4-5 products tailored to their needs. All products must be bought through Ashley's provided links. Wondering if the program is right for you? Ashley specializes in treating challenging acne, hyperpigmentation, and compromised skin conditions. The program welcomes individuals from all over the US. Potential unsuitable candidates include those who prefer purchasing from other vendors, those unwilling to commit to a program.

"I've always been passionate about skincare. Having struggled with difficult skin since childhood, I explored various dermatologists, medications, cleansers, and scrubs. I understand my clients' frustrations and insecurities, and I am here to support them. After high school, I pursued criminal justice and obtained a Bachelor's/Master's dual degree. However, as I neared the end of my college years, I realized my heart wasn't in that field anymore. Reflecting on my true passion for helping others, particularly in boosting their confidence through skincare, I embarked on this fulfilling journey. The beauty industry's perpetual evolution aligns perfectly with my love for learning. Unlike a typical salon/spa focused on meeting quotas, my goal is genuinely to assist you in transforming your skin with affordable, results-driven products that enhance your well-being. With an educational approach, I deeply grasp the skin's complexities and the significance of corrective ingredients in skincare. Recently, I began coaching esthetician students and newly graduated estheticians to assist them with any queries or support they may require. I find great joy in helping others, especially through skincare. In this industry, there is often gatekeeping towards newer estheticians, but I'm not in favor of that. My goal is to assist you in supporting others because the satisfaction of seeing a client smile when you’ve helped them gain the confidence they were missing is truly rewarding."

Terms and Conditions
Payment is expected at time of service. Failed payment including cancellation and no show fees will result in additional late payment fee of 1%/day, associated bank charges, and reporting to appropriate authorities if unresolved in a timely manner.
Gift certificates purchased cannot be used towards online purchases they can only be used for services or in studio retail.
All donation gift certificates have an expiration date and will not be extended for any reasons. They do not hold any money value because there was no money exchanged for them per NYS.
This will not be extended for any reason.

Facial Loyalty cards cannot be used towards a package purchased. Cards MUST be presented each time to be punched at time of service, we will not back date punches if your forget to present your loyalty card.
Cancellation Policy
Ashley Lynn Esthetics REQUIRES a 48 hour notification of cancellation.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 48 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given your card that is on file will be charged 50% of the service. If your card is declined the fee you will not be allowed to rebook until the fee is paid.
We understand that unforeseen things can come up, however, we cannot fulfil your time slot in a short amount of time that is the reason these are in place.
If you choose to no show an appointment you will be charged 50% of the service and you will not be allowed to rebook.
All cancellation and no show charges are subject to a 3.5% processing fee
It is only considerate and respectful to both the esthetician and other clients that could use your appointment to give notice of your intention to cancel/no show. We book quickly and maximize our schedule to the fullest extent, promptness is expected for all appointments. Please note that if you are arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled, so as to not delay the next scheduled guest. If you are more than 8 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee for the appointment.

Refund Policy
We have a strict NO Refund policy on services rendered with your understanding that the time involved and the materials used on you it is nearly impossible to give it back.
You agree to this policy upon signing any consultation and wavier forms before service begins.

All products are final sale once purchased. Unfortunately allergies are out of anyone's control and we cannot resell something that is opened you are allergic to, please consider gifting it to someone else.
